High Season:
December 1 to April 30: US$1800/week

Low Season:
March 1 to November 30: US$1550/week

 Rates quoted are based on single couple (2 Adults) or single family (2 Adults + 2 Children) occupancy.

 Additional families/couples/guests stay at the rate of $550/wk per room.

 Christmas and Easter rates are quoted separately.

 Villa is rented in its entirety only.

 Rate includes: Private daily cook, daily groundskeeping, laundry service, transportation to and from airport.

 Amenities include: Complete use of private villa, private pool, access to private beach (500ft), (DSL) high speed internet service & computer, Sat TV, A/C.
